About Meyer Art Center

Jason, Executive Director of the Meyer Art Center and Artistic Director of Sunnyshore Studio, grew up in a family of artists on Camano, a creative legacy spanning five generations that shares beauty through art, books, and film.

Sara lives with her husband, two dogs, and cat on Camano. After moving around the country while her husband was in the Navy, they decided that this region was the one to return to for the long-term. They moved back two years ago and are excited to call this beautiful place home.Sara spent a decade working in education, and five years in corporate administration and marketing. She carries this varied skill set forward to her new role. As an admirer of and novice participant in the arts, she looks forward to furthering the Meyer Art Center mission.
