Mindful Reflection Thru Art

Designed for participant’s individualized healing expression using the teacher's guided & uniquely created art modality of combining images with words to navigate and release emotions, stress, anxiety, trauma and/or personal challenges while visually bringing forth renewed changes and desired outcomes.  

Discover yourself from the inside out through both hidden, revealed and personally embellished art in this intuitive and process based approach to art making. Themed classes include guided writing prompts, gentle yogic movement, meditation, and option to receive aromatherapy and/or shoulder Reiki. Time allowed for optional & confidential group sharing at the end of class.

All Levels: Beginning to advanced Artists, Writers, & Internal Explorers!

Facilitated by Gaylynn Beuthien, Local Artist and Teacher with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, Master's in Education, WA State Endorsed Art Teacher, Meditation & Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Art with Heart Facilitator, and PESI Art Therapy Training.

Materials provided for basic two dimensional work or bring your chosen favorites for 2D or 3D creations.

Offered the last Wednesday of each month with changing themes.

Registration opens at the beginning of each month through our website or Camano Island Library to hold your spot in this popular class! [We maintain a waiting list.
